Size: 120 m² Other things to note This newly built, detached, and stunning vacation home, “Olivia,” in the traditional Darsser style, is ideal for families of up to 7 people looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst. It is in a quiet location and very close to the forest.  The town center, with its many restaurants and shopping options, is also just 600 meters away. The harbor is also within walking distance. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about 900 meters away as the crow flies. The idyllic and beautiful surroundings invite you to enjoy long walks and bike rides. The “Olivia” concept runs like a thread from the olive-colored exterior façade, through the bright and open-plan living spaces, to the interior. The house was completed in 2023 and is modern, lovingly furnished, and of high quality. It has three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with box spring beds), two modern bathrooms, each with a floor-level shower (one is also equipped with a large bathtub). In the spacious open living and dining area (kitchen), you can spend cozy evenings with the family and from there you can reach the large terrace with gazebo and south-west orientation. One of the large bedrooms upstairs has a south-facing balcony and offers great and breathtaking views. Each room has a window with insect screens. There are 3 flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. A travel crib, children's tableware and a high chair are available for the little ones. One bedroom can also be completely darkened. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the approximately 500 m² (1.2-acre) property, which is planted with greenery. Here you can barbecue, play table tennis or just relax and enjoy the fresh air. The house offers you a lot of freedom, making it the perfect place to relax. For bicycles, there is a lockable storage shed. Two car parking spaces and a Wallbox for charging electric vehicles are also available.
