Family Group Couples Dogs Child Baby Safety Equip Crib High Chair. The space This restored historic home has a large covered front porch with a table with 2 chairs and 2 large rocking chairs. The living room has a couch (pull-out), 2 side chairs, coffee table, end tables, and a large screen TV. Next to the living room is a large dining room with a counter-height table that comfortably seats 8 - and 2 stools in the kitchen for extra dinner seating. There is large buffet cabinet and a work space in the dining room - a desk and chair in the corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience including an island with 2 stools. Total sit-down eating space for 11 people. All of the bedrooms have a luggage stand and large closets with plenty of storage space. The first floor bedroom has a king sized bed, ornate full-length mirror and shelves for your belongings. On the 2nd floor there are 2 more bedrooms, each with comfortable queen sized beds, ceiling fans, large closets, separate extra heating and cooling in each room, and a shared spa bathroom. This large upstairs bathroom is a new addition and has a large luxury shower, double sinks, and a large soaking tub with plenty of room for multiple people to get ready to go at the same time. In the back yard you will find a gas grill, 4 Adirondak chairs, 6 extra outdoor chairs (stacked and covered), a fire pit, and plenty of firewood (stacked and covered) at the back of the house. In the fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find grilling tools , roasting sticks for the fire pit, and other fire-starting essentials. The laundry area in the basement has everything you need: washer, dryer, hanging clothes rack, clothes baskets, hangers, detergent, bleach, etc. Your hosts live just a few blocks away and are always available to answer your questions, make recommendations, or help when needed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire living area of the home, the covered front porch (with a table & 2 chairs and 2 rocking chairs), the backyard (with plenty of outdoor seating, BBQ & fire pit), and the laundry area in the basement. In addition to the 3 bedrooms we also have a queen fold-out sofa couch in the living room and a queen fold-out floor mattress (thick and comfortable). The extra single bed, toddler bed, and crib are all listed in Bedroom 1 but can be used anywhere in the house. There are two work areas (desk and chair) in the home - one in a 2nd floor bedroom and one on the first floor in the corner of the dining room. Other things to note This home is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Extra towels stacked in both bathrooms. Throw blankets to cozy up together on the couch. Fully equipped cook-ready kitchen. Nice plates, glasses, wine and cocktail glasses for everyone. Plastic dishes for kids. Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, drip coffee maker with filters and ground coffee, stove top European style coffee maker. In addition to the 10 adults that can comfortably sleep in this home, it is also well equipped for babies, children (from toddlers to teens), and dogs. We have a crib, a toddler bed, a twin fold-up cot, a booster seat (with safety straps), a child-safety kit for you to use as needed all over the home, a safety gate for the top of the stairs, a door at the bottom of the stairs, stuffed animals and books. For dogs we have dog bowls (several sizes), doggie💩 bags, dog toys, a leash, etc.
