It has been recently renovated (Summer 2023), is located in upper Lazio on the border with Tuscany, just 30km from the famous Monte Argentario. It's a great place to relax and have fun with family or a group of friends. The space The property consists of: the villa, the pool, the patios and porches, the garden, the parking lot. The first floor of the villa consists of 1 independent apartment of 70 square meters. The apartment has two double bedrooms with two large private bathrooms and a living room with an open kitchen. All double beds are 160 cm x 195 cm. The outdoor space, to be shared with guests in the other apartment if both are booked, includes: - 8x4m swimming pool (1.4m deep) with 4x2m paddle pool, deckchairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower - a 70-square-meter patio furnished with a dining table for 10 people, sofas, outdoor kitchen and barbecue - a furnished terrace of 222 sq ft available only from the apartment on the first floor of the villa - two furnished porches of 22 square meters each (one covered and the other uncovered) available only to the apartment on the ground floor of the villa - Fully fenced garden of 3500 square meters - parking for up to 10 cars - two charging points for electric vehicles (activation of the charging points must be requested and paid in cash at the time of check-in - the costs are €150/week or €35/day + €50 deposit for the magnetic key returned at the end of the rental).
