The house is equipped to accommodate up to 16 people, it has several rooms with a double bed, others with bunk beds for children. The house is fully equipped to receive many guests, in the kitchen you can make all kinds of preparations, there is everything. It has a large washer and dryer, and Mrs. Gladys goes to work from Monday to Saturday. She cooks whatever you ask, cleans and takes care of the house. She knows everyone so in case of problems with the house she helps a lot to solve them. The location of the house is very good, you can take countless walks during the day, to Valdivia, Pucón, to the hot springs, lagoons, shopping, skiing, etc. You will not get bored. There are very nice and little-traveled dirt roads to go for a walk, jog or pedal. That fresh air is the best for your health. Guest access The house has 3 levels. The one below has an isolated area with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, it is the newest in the house but it is colder. I recommend using this part of the house starting in October. There is also a living room, the loggia and the service bedroom. On the central level, at street level, are the common areas, the kitchen and the master bedroom en suite. On the upper level there is a double bedroom en suite, with two other rooms designed for children (single beds and bunk beds) that share a bathroom. Other things to note We have a pack and play crib available to assemble, plus a chair to feed small children. There's a charcoal grill. The price includes firewood and gas. Be very careful with the fireplace and slow-burning stove due to fire hazard. You will find some locked spaces in the house, as well as some personal items in the closets. This belongs to the owners, is inventoried and would have to be replaced in case of loss.
