Live like a god on the Kaag! Spacious and bright new wooden family vacation home with all the comforts. Around the house is a fenced wooded area and grass of approx. 3,000 m2. Complete privacy. The dike is toward the water, and behind it is our exceptionally spacious jetty with space for 3 boats. We rent out our house, including our 5.7-meter motorboat (April to October, space for 6-8 people) and a sailboat (sailing experience required). It is possible to swim in the lakes. The space A lovely dining kitchen with large table, a spacious sitting room with fantastic views. 3 terraces around the house so you can always sit in the sun (or the shade) and out of the wind. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a bedstee. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including a steam oven, a freezer and an induction hob. Everything is comfortable and modernly furnished and there are nice tableware etc. for cozy dining. Sit on the jetty all day! Swimming is possible in the ponds (swimming ladder on jetty available). Guest access The house is on a demarcated part of the island (gate with access code) where there are other (holiday) houses. The paths around the cottages are accessible to walk to and from our house. Please be mindful of the privacy of the residents there. Do not use other residents' scaffolding. Accessible by car up to about 600 m from the house. Directly accessible by boat at your own jetty. Our fenced garden is not accessible to others. Other things to note Energy label A Our family home is not suitable for groups. There are 10 sleeping places, 4 of which are for children. There are no swimming towels available. Towels from the house may not be used in the boat or on the jetty.
