Dathona – Charming house with pool and garden

We propose you to the rent, in 2km of Aups, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 300 m² and a terrace. Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The single-storey apartment is composed as follows: Day space : - A living room of 50 m² with TV, sofas (including a double sofa bed), coffee table and a dining area that can accommodate 8 guests. Air conditioning in the living room (there is none in the bedrooms). - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, hood, filter coffee machine... - Separate toilet Night space : - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds. - A shower room with Italian shower and WC. Exterior - The garden is totally fenced, facing east-southwest. - The terrace of 50 m² is covered by a pergola offering a nice shade. It includes a complete set of garden furniture, garden tables and chairs, a parasol and a gas plancha to enjoy the beautiful days around good grills. - The 8mx4m swimming pool faces the terrace and is equipped with a safety cover and an audible fall-detection alarm that meet the required standards. Unheated, it is open from 1 May to 30 September, weather permitting. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - The garage is not accessible. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Dates of use of the pool are not contractual. - Pool equipped with alarm.
