On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room, a guest toilet, a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and a spacious hallway. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a 1.40 m wide bed, the second bedroom a 1.80 m wide double bed and the third bedroom also a 1.80 m wide double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a cozy hallway with a reading corner. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, and large dining table with 6 chairs. The living room has a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, a football table, games for all ages, as well as various seating furniture and antiques. There are flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, illuminated mirror, hairdryer and toothbrush cup. There is also the possibility to set up a high chair and a travel cot, and there are toys available. The cottage offers free Wi-Fi and a satellite connection. Free parking is available at the house. No pets allowed and it is a non-smoking house. Shopping is in walking distance, including a village shop with a butcher and baker. Smoke detectors are installed in every room and in the hallways of the house. Cleaning utensils such as a clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan are also provided. A linen package with bed linen, towels and a bath towel can be provided at a fee of 12 euros per person. There is outdoor seating and a large green area. A grill can be set up. The house can only be booked in full, and the cost per day starts at 180.00 euros. Final cleaning costs 120.00 euros, and the minimum rental period is 2 nights. Arrival is possible between 4 pm and 6 pm (later by appointment), and departure should be by 10 am. For a long-term rental, the house is cleaned every 10 days for a fee.
