3.5 Miles From Downtown Cincinnati! (Pet-Friendly)

Welcome to Dayton, KY! Just one exit south of Downtown Cincinnati, our small, historic home offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room (with a couch one could sleep on), and a full kitchen. We offer free on-street parking, free WIFI, and a fenced in yard – these are just some of our amenities! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We're located just minutes from Newport on the Levee and a 5-10 minute Uber ride to everything downtown Cincinnati has to offer! The space In the bedroom we offer a king size bed, a dresser, and a garment rack for our guests. (Currently, the closet is unavailable and holds personal items - FYI!) The living area comes equipped with a sectional sofa for extra space to sleep if desired (there's no pull out, just the 1 sofa), WIFI, TV with Roku, Netflix, and Hulu, a Super Nintendo, and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom is small with a stand up shower. We also have a fenced in yard for the little ones and pets! Feel free to use the backyard as well! PETS Guest’s well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome with prior approval at an additional flat rate of $25. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house + the backyard. Other things to note Don't be surprised by the nearby train, it goes by a couple times a day but does not last very long. There are many dogs in the neighborhood that bark often. Not something under my control, so just be aware. :)
