Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a large property without direct neighbors, you have nature to yourself. The Havel and Elbe rivers are in the immediate vicinity, and extensive cycling tours are available. The house is very well equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, as well as a sofa bed for two people. Two shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen are included. The garden invites you to linger and relax with plenty of space. The space Our almost detached country house is very well equipped, has 2 double rooms (one upstairs), 1 room with a 120 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed for two in the open living room. Two shower baths are located on two floors and the kitchen is fully equipped. The country style of the house is cozy and friendly thanks to individual furnishings and decorations. Every guest is allowed to feel comfortable with us. If we don't have any guests, we also use the house ourselves. This is shown by the very personal furnishings. Pets are welcome. In the master bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). A small armchair invites you to read. The window is equipped with a fly screen, so you can enjoy the nights in peace. The single room is also on the first floor of the house. This would also be suitable as a children's room. Children's toys and books can be found there. A children's travel bed is available on request. The second double bedroom is in the attic with two single beds of 100 x 200 cm. In the kitchen with electric stove, fridge and dishwasher you will find a filter coffee maker and a capsule machine. Dishes and cooking utensils are plentiful. The wooden dining table can be pulled out, then up to 12 people can sit at it. Perfect for a larger family meal! Children's cutlery and dishes and also two highchairs are provided. The living room is divided into two areas and thus offers enough space for various activities. Children are welcome to play here or you can help yourself to the collection of board and card games. Travel reading is also provided: There are numerous books in the rooms that can be read. You will definitely find something for your literary taste! If you don't want to read, watch TV or one of the many DVDs. A washing machine is connected to the shower room on the ground floor, which can be used free of charge. An ironing board and iron are also available. In the garden there is a clothes dryer. In the spacious garden there is a place with a dining table and a possibility for barbecuing. An umbrella protects against the warm afternoon sun. There are benches, sun loungers and chairs. Find a shady spot under the fruit trees and listen to the nature of Prignitz. On warm summer nights it is almost completely quiet there. The view of the starry sky is fantastic. And because there are no direct neighbors, there is no one who could complain if the round is a little more cheerful. For bicycle owners, there is a dry option to park your own bicycles. Parking is available in the courtyard in front of the house for up to three cars. Pets are welcome, but we ask that you make sure that there is no game in the area with fields and forests. In summer, attention must also be paid to the risk of forest fires before an open fire is made. Shopping and restaurants: in Bad Wilsnack, approx. 10 minutes by car, there are shops. Havelberg and Perleberg are also good starting points by car. In Quitzöbel, Fisch-Bächer sells fresh or smoked fish. Fruit or vegetables according to season could be obtained from our contact in the village. Just ask us. There are some restaurants in the area that offer German or international cuisine. Wellness: Kristall-Therme in Bad Wilsnack or the Wellness-Hotel Reiterhof in Legde for massages. And if you long for more privacy, then a mobile sauna or a hot tub can be provided on the property in the middle of the garden after timely agreement. The costs will be charged separately. You are in the middle of nature, can watch animals, go paddling or walk on the dikes. There is also culture, for example in Bad Wilsnack, Havelberg, Perleberg or Wittenberge. Even if the Prignitz makes a quiet and natural impression, there are still many activities, so that the time there does not seem long. Our family house has been newly rented for our vacation guests since summer 2023. Not everything is perfect yet, but it is very personal and uncomplicated. The house is located in the middle of the fields with a lot of foresight. But in the countryside there are of course also animals, frogs quack, the stork rattles...Those who appreciate this are in the right place.
