The space This beautiful house is newly built, decorated and designed with your comfort in mind! No expenses were spared to make each room the perfect home away from home. On the first floor of the house you will walk into an open concept living and kitchen area. Cook you favorite meal in the beautiful kitchen that is stocked with the essentials. Within the kitchen, laundry area, and shared bathrooms designated private cabinets/drawers are provided to each room to give our guests as much privacy as possible. Relax and watch a movie on the smart TV in the spacious living room or in you privet room. Room #3 (this listing) is a beautiful room located on the second floor of the house. It has an attached full bathroom with a walk-in closet. It shares living areas with all other renters in the house. Guest access During your stay you will have access to Room #3 with its attached bathroom, the shared kitchen/living/dining/laundry spaces, and the backyard. In the private bedroom: queen size bed, walk-in closet, desk and chair, blackout curtains, heater (wall mount), and a smart TV! Bedding and towels are provided. In the private bathroom: shower, double sink vanity, toilet, towel hooks, hair dryer. In the shared spaces: Shared Laundry: two brand new washer and dryer stacks, iron with ironing board, designated storage space per room for your supplies. Shared Kitchen/Dinning: full size kitchen fully equipped with the essentials, microwave, toaster, electric range with oven, full size fridge, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, island with sitting, dining table, and designated cabinet space per room for your pantry items. Shared Living Room: comes with comfortable seating space, a smart TV, electric fireplace, mini-split heating/air conditioning, and designated shoe storage cabinet space. Access to the house and to each room is secure with keypad entry. Each guest has a separate code for safety. All locks auto lock after opening to insure security. Complimentary WiFi and biweekly cleaning of shared spaces included! During your stay Owner does not live in the house. All other rooms are also rented out to traveling guests. Owner does stop by during room resets, maintenance, or to show the house to new potential guests. Owner can be reached anytime through airbnb messaging, text/call on cellphone. Other things to note There is limited, first come first serve, parking in front of the house on the property. Must find street parking when all spots are taken. No double parking. No pets allowed. If renter plans to have visiting/overnight guests, must inform the host every time and obtain approval. This room is in a house shared with multiple guests. This means that there may be times shared areas, like the kitchen, may not be 100% clean because it is constantly used by all guests. For example, if you are not ok with dishes in the sink from time to time this may not be the best accommodation for you. We have house rules that ask all guest to keep things clean after use and we provide complimentary bi-weekly cleaning of the shared spaces. But as the shared spaces are actively in use it can get a little messy sometimes. So please keep that in mind when booking a room in a shared space.
