Chalet de Geluksvogel (Chalet of the Lucky Bird)

New chalet (2023) right on the water, located at 5-Star Recreation Center "De Vogel" in Hengstdijk, Zeeland. A 10-minute drive to the Westerschelde. Fishing, bird watching or photography? Dining or having a drink on your own terrace overlooking the water? Then this place is for you. The space - 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. The double bed has 2 separate single duvets. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. - 1 bathroom with a shower and sink. - 1 separate toilet. - Spacious kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cutlery, glasses, plates, kitchen utensils, kettle and filter coffee machine. - In the living area, there is a corner sofa, TV and dining table with 4 chairs. - Heating is available in all rooms. - Outside, there is a dining table with 4 chairs on a raised deck. There is also a shaded terrace next to the deck. All bedroom windows have duo roller blinds (combination of blackout roller blind with a screen). There is no washing machine and dryer in the chalet, but you can use the facilities offered by camping De Vogel, these washing machines and dryers can be used for a fee. The chalet has its own parking space for 1 car. Guest access You can check in between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the reception, where you will receive the key. If you are unable to do so, please let us know in good time via the chat. The barrier opens with your license plate, so make sure you can show it at check-in. PLEASE NOTE: At check-in, there is a surcharge for tourist tax, entertainment and swimming pool access. This is €8.00 per person per night. The above surcharge must be paid to Camping De Vogel. After your stay, you must check out at the reception, where you can hand in your key. Charging points for electric cars are available at the reception. Other things to note Because the accommodation is in a holiday park, "the bird" is forced to know who is in the accommodation. Therefore, you must provide the first and last names + dates of birth of the guests during check-in at the reception. This is necessary for when, for example, emergency services are needed at the location. Gas, water, electricity are included in the price. Towels, washcloths and bedding are not included and must be brought on your own. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Bedding for the double bed: - Fitted sheet of 160x200 - 2x single duvet covers - 2 pillowcases Bedding for 2x single beds: - 2x single fitted sheet - 2x single duvet covers - 2 pillowcases Kitchen linen, toilet paper and filter coffee/tea etc. should also be brought by yourself. Wi-Fi is included in the price. We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we ask our guests to clean the chalet/leave it clean. You can fish on the water of the Vogel, here are carp, bream and roach. The chalet is right on the water, so perfect for the fisherman. There are also beautiful scaffolding to sit on. A fishing license is available at the reception. This costs 2 euros per day. PLEASE NOTE: At check-in, there is a surcharge for tourist tax, entertainment and swimming pool access. This is €8.00 per person per night. Vakantiepark de Vogel has an indoor pool with slide, entertainment team and petting zoo. You can use this during your stay because of the surcharge you pay. De Vogel also has a restaurant and snack bar.
