Guest access The Venice Luxury Residences features a common amenity area that intricately designed surrounded by lush greenery. Inside, the Italian ambiance persists with a grand lobby complemented by high ceilings and tall curtain glass. The seven towers share a podium-level amenity area which includes landscaped gardens, a swimming pool complex, a sauna and jacuzzi, and a fitness station. A minimal fee applies for guests' use of the amenities after 3 guests :) ***POOL AS OF OCT 2025*** under renovation Try my other units if you want your staycation with pool :) Other things to note DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER as property has poor drainage and can clog easily. To avoid inconvenience kindly use trash bins. Clogged drains will cause backflow and will not be a nice part of your Cozy Stay :) STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside whole property building.
