Escape from the hustle and bustle in this unique and tranquil getaway. Misty Ridge offers a place to relax, unwind and disconnect. Enjoy a hot bath in the great outdoors, whilst watching the sun disappear making way for the abundance of stars in the sky. Or enjoy a dip in the sparkling pool. Make your favourite pizzas in our outdoor pizza oven then cosy up around the fire pit and watch the mist roll in. The space Misty Ridge is located 1 hour and 20 minutes from Ballina. The closest town is Kyogle where you can pick up some supplies and discover the quirky little town. Misty Ridge is a newly built cabin boasting rustic features suitable for two people. All linen, bath towels and tea towels are supplied. Inside the cabin is a kitchenette equipped with pots, pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, fridge, cutlery, crockery, glassware and a portable electric hotplate. There is no oven or coffee machine. You will find a cosy leather lounge, smart TV complete with Netflix and other apps, a heater for those chilly nights and mornings and a ceiling fan for the warmer weather. There is also air conditioning. Free Wifi is available There is a full size bbq on the spacious deck that looks out over farmland and mountains. OUTSIDE You will find the hot shower OUTSIDE the cabin in a secluded little nook. The toilet is inside. There is also a bathtub outdoors (pack some bubble bath) with a view of the mountain ranges where you can sip on a beverage and watch the mist roll in whilst waiting for nightfall. There is a pizza oven and another bbq in a covered area outside the cabin. The fire pit is stocked with firewood and ready for use. We no longer supply fire starters so we suggest you bring your own. Remember to pack the marshmallows. There is a fenced pool for your enjoyment as well as some sun lounges and an umbrella. Guest access You will have use of the entire cabin. Other things to note Misty Ridge uses unfiltered tank water so we suggest you stock up on drinking water before you arrive. As the property is not fenced we request that you do not bring a pet for its own protection and the protection of nearby farm animals. DEFINITELY NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE We also request that you do not bring children. Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you.
