Poolside gîte

We welcome you to our gîte located by a fenced pool. The place is bucolic and quiet, shaded thanks to many oaks. We live in the house next door with our three young children. Family atmosphere. Max. capacity: 2 adults and 2 children. The gîte includes an open kitchen, a living room with mezzanine and a bathroom. Non-smoking cottage and pets not allowed. The space Equipped open kitchen: - oven - microwave - refrigerator/freezer - dishwasher - cutlery, glasses, bowls, cups, plates, teapot, etc. - toaster - electric kettle - coffee machine A living room/bedroom with 2 large beds: - a 140 x 190 bed on the mezzanine - a 2 x 80 x 200 bench in the living room The bedding was changed in June 2023. A large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bench, washing machine, drying rack. A terrace with a table and 4 chairs; one part uncovered, the other sheltered by an awning. Rates: - High season = May to September: €75/night. No weekend price but possibility to leave on Sunday at 5 p.m. depending on availability - Low season = October to April: €45/night (non-functional pool). - €20 for linens and towels included in the rate. - €30 for cleaning included in the rate. Guest access Outdoor spaces: The gîte is fully at your disposal. The pool is shared, however we arrange not to use it while you are there. There is a vegetable garden that we water every day near the cottage. We have 3 chickens and a chicken coop. Safety: We kindly ask that you always close the gate of the property as well as that of the pool behind you because we have three young children. Countryside atmosphere: The place is very quiet and we enjoy the sounds of the countryside on a daily basis thanks to a very quiet neighborhood. We ask that you respect this atmosphere by avoiding music for example. The pool is not accessible for parties but only as part of a family vacation or small group (max. 4 people). Nearby: A few hundred meters away, there are horses and goats that can be petted, paths to walk. The forest of Bouconne is 10 minutes away, an Intermarché is 4 minutes away and the city of Grenada is 10 minutes away (all by car).
