Your room is as big as a small studio. The share areas are always keep clean. its super close to restaurants and pubs that are very interesting and fun. Very close to 7 train station 52nd street stop. Other things to note You will be sharing with a lady the restroom. House rules: No guest besides the people who are staying unless the extra guest get approved check through the app and the up charge will be 50$ per night.
