This family accommodation is in the heart of the resort. From the ski room there is direct access to the snow front and the start of the ski lifts. A common bicycle room in the residence is also available in summer. The ski pass ticket office and the ESF are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as all food shops, restaurants, ski and bike equipment rentals. Its balcony faces south with a great unobstructed view of the ski area.
