The house is less than 5 minutes from the beach and has easy access to the famous natural pools with crystal clear waters. It is a great refuge, where, in addition to the beauty and tranquility of the region, it has all the structure and comfort that my space offers. The space is made up of two integrated houses, with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), all with air conditioning, living room, full kitchen and balcony, great for relaxing! The space The composition of the rooms is as follows: - House 1 (ground floor): Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning and closet. *There is a sofa bed in the living room. - House 2 (upper): Suite 1: 1 double bed with auxiliary, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet; Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet. Guest access Located south of the capital of Bahia (Salvador), Morro de São Paulo is the 3rd largest tourist center in Bahia. It has a natural beauty, with beaches with calm and crystalline waters, white sand and vast coconut trees, composing a beautiful scenery. Morro de São Paulo is located on the island of Tinharé, the ideal destination for all tourists! Arriving from Salvador, the crossing is made by air (departing from Salvador International Airport), by sea (catamaran or speedboat), by land (car/bus) or by land (sea and land). - What does the location offer? Diving in natural pools, walking around the island, sunset at the Fort and Toca, going down the zip line, Teatro do Morro, handicraft fair, walking to Gamboa/Garapuá, walking in the mangrove and clay. Other things to note We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay. *We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us; **We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate; ***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property. ****It is necessary to send, at least 72 hours before check-in, a copy of the photo ID of all guests and proof of residence of the reservation holder for registration with the administration. If the reservation is made after this period, the guest must send the documents within a maximum of 2 hours after making the reservation. *****Only previously authorized and registered visitors will be allowed in the property.
