The flat is on the 3rd floor, but there is no elevator. This site is well laid out, with tarred roads and pavement. Borteyman is approximately 30 minutes' drive from the Kotoka International Airport and 15 minutes from the Accra Mall. IF YOU PREFER TO BE IN CENTRAL ACCRA, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. The space This modern flat has a fully fitted kitchen, DSTV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a comfortable space to work. The apartment has an automatic backup inverter - The automatic backup inverter stores current and convert the power to electricity during a power outage, it assures uninterrupted power supply for a day when power is out and only powers the lights and fan except, the Air conditioner, water heater and the fridge. When power is restored, the invertor recharges to stores up power again. Guest access Guest have access to the entire apartment Other things to note The apartment has a prepaid internet service. A 30 days internet plan is available to all customers every 30 days. When the internet data runs out before 30 days, the customer is responsible to top-up the internet data until the next 30 days. Laundry service- A laundromat is available at the neighborhood. The contact number can be shared after booking is confirmed. Transport services-For your convenience, a cap service is available for your transport need to and from the apartment if interested. The Cap services will need to be booked ahead of time.
