Finally finished after a 2 year refurbishment and new to the market.A spacious 4 double bedroom 2 reception Period house.Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the centre of town. The house has all the modern amenities for both young and old.There is free parking attached to the property but it not for the faint hearted as it on a narrow steep hill.(well it is Cornwall) The west facing patio is an excellent place to experience the sun setting over the two rivers meeting. The space Experience the history of this 100 year old period house with fantastic views.The house is seen briefly on numerous occasions on the BBC show Beyond Paradise. Perfect for babies with a cot and a stairgate that makes it secure on the whole of the 2 bedrooms on the top of the house. Booking from 22nd July till 2nd of September is weekly Saturday to Saturday. Guest access Guests will have the run of the entire spacious house. As well as a large living room. There is a separate dining room with a magnificent table seating 8 adults. All four double bedrooms have smart tv's. As well as a bathroom with a bath and powershower there is also a separate toilet with a hand basin.The house has gas central heating but in the living room there is an original working open fireplace.A south facing patio has great views of the East and West looe rivers meeting and of the harbour. Other things to note Having used numerous self catering,I am always demused by the fact there is never anything in the property like washing up liquid or coffee. There is a cupboard devoted to these items and any unwanted items left behind. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets are on site.
