With only one set of stairs to access the condo from the walkover and a short flight down to the beach, you can enjoy a hassle-free stay without relying on elevators. Additionally, being on the same level as Waves Bar and Grill adds to the convenience. Welcome to "Beach Getaway" at Tidewater Beach Resort, a stunning one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offering breathtaking views of the emerald green gulf waters. The master suite, located on the left upon entering, boasts a super comfortable king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. On the right, the kids will be thrilled with their own bunk room and a separate hallway bathroom just for them. The fully-equipped kitchen provides an amazing beach view and seamlessly transitions into the open dining and living area. This property is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience, along with free Wi-Fi. Finally, step out onto the beachfront balcony, adorned with brand new, super comfortable beach aqua blue furniture. Our thorough process includes using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, antibacterial wash and dry cycle, and professional-grade detergent. This goes beyond the standard practice, as many short-term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year. Rest assured, we take extra care to provide you with a fresh and clean environment during your stay. -Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a one time $35 resort expense (plus tax) at the registration desk, where they will receive wristbands and a parking pass. This is typical for most PCB resorts and is NOT per person. This unit is limited to 5 guests total, and a max of 3 adults. This is only per reservation and not per person. Guest access Two days before your arrival, you will receive a unique code for the electronic lock at the front door. This allows for easy and secure access to the entire condo. During your stay, you'll have full access to all the resort amenities.
