Cinisara is a beautiful independent apartment located inside a villa, furnished and equipped with all the services and amenities necessary to ensure a pleasant vacation. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, a large kitchen and an outdoor garden with a veranda. The apartment sleeps up to 8 people. The property is located near the sea and several commercial activities within walking distance. The space The apartment consists of an entrance, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a hydro-massage tub and services, a second bathroom with services, shower and washing machine, a very large kitchen (equipped with all utensils) with a large dining table, a large outdoor veranda and a well-kept garden that surrounds the apartment. BEDS The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, including 2 in the first room with double bed, 3 in the second room with single bed and bunk bed and 3 in the living room with sofa bed and single bed. BATHROOMS The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a hot tub and one with a shower. WI-FI The apartment has free and unlimited Wi-Fi. AIR CONDITIONING The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. HEATING The apartment is equipped with a Pellet Stove connected to the heaters system (present in each room) capable of heating the entire apartment in a few minutes. LINENS The apartment is complete with bedding and towels (2 for each guest). WASHER Guests will also have a washer that they can use at no additional cost. KITCHEN The apartment has a furnished kitchen complete with everything you need (utensils, refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine, oven and microwave). PARKING The apartment has a private indoor parking that is accessed with an automatic gate. SAFETY The apartment has a First Aid Kit, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Extinguisher, Gas Detector and External Video Surveillance system. OUTDOOR AREA The outdoor area consists of a large veranda and garden for the exclusive use of guests. There is also a barbecue area in the garden. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment, including the outdoor space and garden. Other things to note The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
