The space This is one of two fully independent apartments in a large country house. Each apartment has its own terrace, kitchen, and bathroom. Guests share the pool, gardens, and estate facilities. Our country house sits on a private property of 25 hectares, surrounded by nature and full of charm. There is a large enclosed garden, about the size of two football fields, which is fully accessible to our guests. In the garden, you will find lemon trees, cacti, cherry trees, apricot trees, apple trees, pear trees, and more – all there for you to enjoy. You will also have access to the swimming pool, the covered outdoor table, and the barbecue area. The property has two separate apartments, each with its own private terrace facing in opposite directions, so you won’t see each other while relaxing outside. We simply ask that you respect the privacy of the other terrace. Beyond the garden, you will find yourself in a vast natural forest of 300 hectares, perfect for peaceful walks and exploring. Can Negrell is a place to relax, connect with nature, and enjoy the beauty and freedom of the Spanish countryside. Other things to note We share the estate with our two very friendly dogs, Coco and Bison. They quickly become friends with our guests – especially with children. It’s not unusual to see them happily spending the day around the pool, playing fetch with the kids. As your host, I also live on the estate, which allows me to make sure everything runs smoothly during your stay. Can Negrell is an off-grid property, meaning we are not connected to external electricity lines, water mains, or cable infrastructure. Instead, we operate with a carefully managed system of solar panels, generators, specialized energy storage, and satellite connections. This unique setup requires regular attention and care – including the maintenance of the pool – to ensure everything works perfectly for our guests.
