The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and a large spa like bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and small closet. Both bedrooms have black out blinds.The unit further includes in suite washer/dryer, high speed internet and two secure parking spots. Guest access This building has bike storage and parking for guests. Other things to note MINIMUM 90 DAYS rental effective May 1, 2024. PARKING for two vehicles is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 6'8". MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16 feet (192"). MAX WIDTH is 8 feet (96"). If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. Bike storage must be arranged with Victoria Prime. Please check with us first. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
