A 15 minute bus ride, or 10 minute drive, takes you into downtown Victoria. There is quick access to Pat Bay Highway heading to the Ferry, airport, Butchart Gardens and the charming town of Sidney! The condo is simply beautiful and the location is perfect for those who wish to be away from the hubbub of downtown but still close enough to access everything. ​​​​​​​Important Notes: CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm P.S.T. and Check-out is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees. GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. PARKING for two vehicles is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 6'8". MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16 feet (192"). MAX WIDTH is 8 feet (96"). If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. Bike storage must be arranged with Victoria Prime. Please check with us first. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.
