The space This home is designed to accommodate groups and families for a comfortable stay! Main Level (Entry) - Open concept living room - Sofa (sleeps 1 person) - Large fully stocked Kitchen - Large Smart TV - Dining Table Downstairs - Laundry room with Washer and dryer - Toilet - Large master bedroom with king bed - Exercise bike (In bedroom) Upstairs - Full bathroom: Shower + Tub combo - Bedroom with queen bed - Bedroom with queen bed + bathroom (Shower only) - Bedroom with queen bed Backyard: - Fire pit and chairs - Basketball hoop - Large Fully fenced yard Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for the garage. Other things to note Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing pets (dogs only). A fee of $15 per dog per night applies, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed at one time. Failure to disclose pets will result in a $150 fine for unauthorized pets. We kindly ask that you keep pets off sofas, throws, pillows, sheets, and comforters. Excessive hair found on these items may incur additional cleaning charges. Please do not leave dogs unattended.
