Honey and sun double bedroom is located in a quiet and sunny part of town Hvar, as a part of family house, just above VENERANDA park and next to PHAROS hotel, surrounded by beautiful garden of lemon and orange trees. It is very close to the main public beach and hotel Amfora as well as to the HULLA HULLA BEACH . Less than ten minutes pleasant walk along the sea will take you to the very center of the city of Hvar as well as to the main port. The space Honey and sun double bedroom is really what it means..full of sun with big terrace and great view on the pine forest in front of the house as well as sea view. Surrounded by lots of lemon and orange trees, lavander bushes, flowers...you can smell honey in the air since we are bee keepers for almost 60 years. Bedroom has big bathroom with bath tub and shower, tv, air cond. wi fi. Usage of a bright, fully equipped shared kitchen (with two more bedrooms)which is situated on the ground floor with access to big garden (includes: micro wave, dish washer, kettle, coffee machine,oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, etc but it's also a great part of the house to meet other guests. You can use big garden with deck chairs, hammocks, bbq. parking place is available and free of charge. Distance to the first beach is only 5 minutes walking distance and to the very center 10 minutes. The house is situated in a great location, in a dead end street which means that there is no big traffic...great place to relax and enjoy your holiday! Look forward to meeting you!!! Since we are eco family and really take care of our planet, our bed linens are minimum ironed...save energy and save our planet Earth! We are pet friendly family, owners of 2 male dogs , one cat and 3 garden turtles Guest access The house has 24hr access. Guests have access to a shared kitchen at the ground floor of the house. Guests have the shared use of an ironing board and iron. During your stay We live in the house and are at yours disposal anytime throughout your stay. Contact details will be given to you before your arrival. . On your day of arrival in Hvar we shall meet you at the house to welcome you or if there is need for that we shall meet you in a harbour or at the bus station. If you are arriving by car , you have to take a ferry to Stari Grad( which is 25 km far from the city of Hvar) and we shall give you directions how to reach us . At check in we will give you a detailed map of Hvar town and recommend things to do and see, helping you make the very best of your time in Hvar At check out, if you are leaving the island later in the day we will store your luggage. Other things to note SHARED KITCHEN AND HALLWAY NOISE: The shared kitchen at the ground floor of the house is always available for kitchen related activities. However any groups socialising in this area need to leave the kitchen before 11pm. This is one rule we enforce strongly and the noise from this room can potentially disturb guests who wish to sleep. When arriving from a night out on the town consideration to be taken for the guests who are asleep when walking in the hallways. SHARED FACILITIES: Kitchen to be left clean and tidy after use, dishes washed etc When storing food in the shared fridge you eat and drink only food you have bought. CHECK OUT: 10am prompt so the room can be cleaned ready for the next guests arrival. We will always let you know if you can check out later if no guest is arriving that day.
