The space The Beach House is a private two-bedroom unit located within the same building as our other Airbnb properties, The Tranquility and The Farmhouse. For guests traveling with family, friends, or larger groups, booking one or multiple units offers a convenient way to stay close together while still enjoying separate private spaces. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, The Beach House provides a relaxing retreat just a 5-minute drive to the World Equestrian Center, allowing easy access to the show grounds while offering a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day. Inside, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, Samsung Smart TV, and ceiling fan to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combination and is fully stocked with essential amenities. The cozy living room includes a reclining leather sofa and side chair — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. A Samsung Smart TV, ceiling fan, and reliable high-speed WiFi provide both comfort and entertainment. A dedicated desk and chair also create a convenient workspace for remote work or trip planning. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig Duo coffee maker, crock pot, cookware, dishes, and all essential kitchen items. A pass-through counter with seating for four offers a casual and comfortable dining space. For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are available within the unit, making extended stays and event weekends easy and stress-free. Step outside to enjoy the private back patio with seating for four — an ideal spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Dedicated parking spaces allow for simple arrival and unloading. Whether visiting for WEC events, business travel, or a peaceful getaway, The Beach House offers thoughtful amenities, comfortable living spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. Guest access Guests will have full private access to The Beach House for the duration of their stay, including the entire two-bedroom unit, private entrance, back patio, and designated parking areas. The home is part of a building that also includes our other Airbnb units, The Tranquility and The Farmhouse. While the building is shared, each unit is completely separate with its own private entrance to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. Check-in is simple and contactless using a secure keyless entry system. Your personalized access code and detailed arrival instructions will be provided the day prior to check-in. Guests are welcome to enjoy all interior spaces, in-unit laundry, outdoor patio seating, and assigned parking. We live locally and are available if needed, while still allowing guests to enjoy a private and relaxing stay. Other things to note No parties or gatherings are permitted at any time. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of four registered guests on the property. Unregistered visitors or additional guests are not allowed. • No animals permitted, including Emotional Support Animals (ESA), in order to maintain a clean, allergen-friendly environment for all guests. • The primary guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older. • Smoking is permitted outdoors only, with proper disposal of cigarette waste required. • Please review our cancellation policy prior to booking. Optional travel insurance may be purchased through the booking platform to provide protection in the event of unexpected circumstances requiring cancellation after the full refund deadline.
