Private patio with Patio table and 4 chairs. The space This private unit is in the same building as our other Airbnb's called The Tranquility and The Farmhouse. If you have a group travelling or need extra space, it is very convenient to book one or all of these units to accommodate additional guests. For us to maintain a consistency of high standards, we own, manage, and clean all our vacation rentals. We go above and beyond to provide you with additional amenities to ease the burden of traveling. We provide the following items for your stay; Toilet paper (4 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet & low, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, first aid kits, shampoo, and body soap. Guest access Max 3 cars permitted due to limited parking and courtesy to other guests; Two drive way spaces (left side and middle of parking pad) and on street. Other things to note *NO parties, small or large gatherings. Max of 4 guests permitted on the property at all times. No extra guests are allowed. *NO PETS/ESA *Must be 21 years or above to book. *Max 3 cars permitted due to limited parking 2 in driveway and one on street in front of property. *Smoking permitted outside only with proper disposal of waste. *Please review our cancellation policy.
