The space This is a fully furnished studio apartment with a balcony, queen size bed, flat tv, high speed internet, dining table for 2, a cozy living area with a sofa for 2 and coffee table. There is a lot of closet space, plus an iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a shower with water heater and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, stove, electric hot water kettle, french press coffee maker, basic cooking utensils, silverware, flatware and glasses. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES KEYCARD FEE A non-refundable fee of PHP150 (One Hundred Fifty Pesos) will be charged by the condominium's Administration Office for the issuance of a keycard (also known as an RFID - radio frequency identification). It is MANDATORY for all occupants of the condominium, including Airbnb guests, to obtain a keycard from the Administration Office located on the 4th floor of the condominium to ensure the secure and smooth entry to, and exit from, the building.
