BEDROOMS - Upper Level Room #1 - The indulgent master bedroom offers the ultimate comfort and luxury, with a KING-SIZED bed and a TWIN-SIZED daybed for up to THREE (3) people. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub with jets, and make use of the double sinks and spacious walk-in closet. Room #2 welcomes you with 2 FULL-SIZED beds and comfortably sleeps TWO (2 | Double Occupancy) to FOUR (4 | Quad Occupancy) people. Room #3 features a QUEEN-SIZED bed and a FULL-SIZED bed, offering a comfortable sleeps TWO (2 | Double Occupancy) to FOUR (4 | Quad Occupancy) people. Room #4 offers a comfortable QUEEN-SIZED bed and a desk work area and comfortably sleeps up to TWO (2 | Double Occupancy) All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses and linens to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Rooms 2-4 share a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. MAIN LEVEL As you enter the home, you will immediately feel the warmth and comfort of the spacious living area that features large windows and ample natural light. The open floor plan allows for easy flow from the living room to the dining room and kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining guests or spending time with family and friends. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal. In addition to the eat-in kitchen table that seats 6 and a bar that seats 3, the kitchen provides plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together. DINING ROOM The dining room comfortably seats up to 8 people, with the option to extend the table with two leaf extensions to seat up to 12 guests. The dining room also includes a custom velvet upholstered bench with panels that extend up the wall, inviting you to linger and enjoy your meals in comfort. LIVING ROOM The living room is perfect for relaxing and watching TV or reading a book. FAMILY ROOM There is also a family room with a workstation, board games, yoga mats and free weights for those who like to stay active and entertained during their stay. PLEASE NOTE: While our home is equipped with a wood burning fireplace, it will be unavailable during your stay, due to fire safety concerns. We welcome you to use our outdoor fire pit, as an alternative! ADDITIONAL SAFETY NOTE: If you or any guests accompanying you choose to use our home’s exercise mats, free weights or other equipment, you are doing so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries that might occur as a result of use of the equipment. POWDER ROOM The half bathroom on the main level is adjacent and to the kitchen and family room. For your convenience, the home also includes a washer and dryer, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. (Street parking is not available directly in front of the home). BACKYARD The backyard is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. With a large pool that is open between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, an outdoor hot tub (opened between April 1st and October 31st) and a cozy fire pit, you and your guests will have everything you need to enjoy the outdoors. PLEASE NOTE: You may purchase wood bundles from Safeway grocery store, which is 5 minutes from our home. The yard is spacious and can even accommodate a tent or bouncy house for your group! Please message host with questions. Any additional items added to the backyard during your booking must be approved prior to booking. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF OUR FIXTURES (light posts, fire pit, etc) FROM THE BACKYARD. Airbnb has a strict “no party or event policy”. We understand that our large home will attract groups, therefore we require ALL “GATHERINGS” TO BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Failure to adhere to our house rules may result in additional fees and/or early termination of booking, based on Airbnb’s guest policies. We may request a refundable security deposit depending on the nature of your visit to our home. GAS GRILL - For those who prefer to cook outdoors, there is a gas grill located on the back patio. We have a propane tank that you may use to exchange at Safeway Grocery store, which is 2 minutes from our home or Home Depot, which is 7-10 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: (If you choose to use the grill, you must agree to the following clean up requirements. Failure to follow instructions will result in an additional $50-75 cleaning fee.) PETS: Pets are allowed with prior approval. A pet fee of $100 per stay applies. Please ensure your pets are well-behaved, house-trained, and their waste is promptly cleaned up and disposed of in the trash receptacle on the side of the house. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest. LOCATION The location of the home is perfect for those looking to explore the surrounding areas and is conveniently located: - 30 minutes from the Nation’s capital of Washington DC - 35 minutes from Baltimore, 40 minutes from Northern Virginia - 20 minutes from Annapolis, the Maryland state capital. The nearest town center, movie theater, health food store, and major retailers such as Target and Walmart are all within a 10-minute drive. IMPORTANT NOTES Please note that the home has a long-term tenant that lives in the basement with a separate entrance for maximum privacy.
