Large balcony/Full kitchen/WI-FI/Parking. The space The space ABOUT THE FLAT: - The apartment is in Bloco Marinho, the first on the left side facing the sea. In a 2-minute walk, you'll be at the beach. The space comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and 1 small PET (please inform the size and breed of the PET in the reservation). Planned space with brand new furniture and utensils, located on the ground floor with gourmet balcony and terrace overlooking the garden/parking lot. With all the comfort and safety for families and friends with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 Suite), living room, super-equipped kitchen, balcony, split air conditioning in all rooms, 2 SmartTVs, and private garage (with extra rotating spaces). We have 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS + 1 FULL BED + 1 TWIN BED + 1 SOFA BED. THE BEDROOMS: 1 Full Bedroom Suite - queen size bed, split air-conditioning, closet, bathroom with shower and electric shower, 32" Smart TV; 2nd Double Room - queen size bed, support shelf with hangers, split air-conditioning; 3 Double Bedroom - double bed + extra single bed, split air-conditioning, closet. FULL KITCHEN: Super-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for preparing meals. THE CONDOMINIUM: The condominium is a resort-style condominium with more than 20 swimming pools and two swimming pools with an access ramp for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility. It is located on the seafront of Cupe Beach, one of the most charming beaches in the Porto de Galinhas region, between the Hotel Village and Marupiara. The leisure and entertainment areas are the highlights of Cupe, with spaces that allow a series of activities, both for children and adults, with: – Convenience Store – Social Hall – Equipped Gym – Cinema – OMO Laundry – Playroom – Service Patio – Game Room (Pool tables, foosball and ping-pong) – Multisport Court – Jogging track – Tennis Court – Children's playground – Bar – Men's and women's restrooms SERVICES: Optional Breakfast: Served by the condominium restaurant on weekends, Free Buffet style with regional foods and continental coffee style (no reservation required on weekends); During the week it is necessary to book up to one day before, breakfast is served directly in the flat. Extra towels and linen changes can be requested during the reservation or during the rental (extra charge). RULES: No smoking in the Flat - smoking is allowed in the outdoor area of the condominium parking lot. A fine will be charged for non-compliance with this rule. Air-conditioners must be turned off whenever guests leave the Flat. Always use the appliances with windows and doors closed. We do not charge for energy separately, like other properties, so the use of showers and air-conditioners must be done conscientiously. We charge a cleaning fee, but the flat needs to be left in a minimally organized state. Excessive dirtiness left in a disrespectful manner, food scraps on the floor, dirty dishes and pots in the sink, stains on bedding, bath or sofa will result in an extra cleaning fee. One bath towel will be offered for each guest on the reservation. Bath towels are not allowed to be taken to the beach or swimming pools. Towels and bed linen excessively soiled by misuse, makeup stains or some other contaminant that makes it impossible to clean the piece, both in bed linen and bath towels will result in a charge for the item. Accidents Happen. In case of damage or breakage of any item, please contact us to arrange compensation. It is forbidden to take glass cups and utensils into swimming pools and common areas, subject to a fine. Inform if you are bringing a pet at the time of booking. THE BEACH: Cupe beach is one of the most calm and exclusive beaches in the Porto de Galinhas region. At low tide, bathing is calm and the famous "caldeirões" are often formed, shallow pools in the sand perfect for children to bathe in. Pontal do Cupe is a 15-20 minute walk, a beautiful area protected by corals, with crystal clear waters, natural pools for snorkeling and a number of bars and restaurants on the seafront. The beach is an "Open Sea" beach, so bathers need to pay attention to the lifeguard signs for areas with the highest incidence of currents. Cupe beach is located approximately 4 km from the center of Porto de Galinhas, 4 km from Muro Alto beach, 1 km from the natural pools of Pontal do Cupe and 8 km from Maracaípe Beach. Other things to note We accept small or medium-sized pets that are familiar with apartment spaces. It is necessary to follow the rules of the condominium regarding the places where pets are allowed to circulate. Any damage caused by PETs must be reported and paid for by the renter.
