Located in the heart of Seoul, in the Shinsa and Nonhyeon, this cozy suite with modern decor is perfect for a family of four or a group of friends traveling together to experience what Seoul has to offer. Conveniently situated near two subway stations, it's a mere 4min walk from Nonhyeon Station (serving Line 7 and the Shin-Bundang Line), which gets you to Gangnam Station in just 3 min. You can easily access Shinsa Station on Line 3, only an 8-min walk away, making trips to Garosoo-Gil a breeze. It's a garden-level unit, but it boasts excellent ambient lighting and ventilation. It truly doesn't feel like a semi-subterranean unit. All furniture and electronics are brand new, and the unit is adorned with plenty of plants to refresh the air. Each room has its own air conditioning. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed with ample space left for luggage. The second bedroom has two single beds with suede bed sheets you'll never want to leave. Amazon Fire TV 4K is available with free access to all news channels and options to log into your OTT accounts. While content from Amazon Prime Video that doesn't require separate purchasing is available, you'll need to use your own IDs for other OTTs such as Disney+ and Netflix. If you don't have them, I can create a guest profile on my account for you. However, I'd appreciate it if you refrained from accessing my profile should I provide you access to my personal OTT account. You have full access to the entire unit and can use it as if it were your own home. Please keep in mind that all the furniture and electronics are new; I'd appreciate it if you could treat them with care. I also provide unlimited Evian water, coffee crackers, Kellogg's cereal bars, and Maxim mixed coffee for your enjoyment. I work from home, which is just two floors above this unit, so if there is any questions or complaints do not hesitate to contact me. I will do my best to acomodate your needs. Neighborhood is located just next to the 먹자골목(food alley), so there are plenty of choices for eating out whether it be Korean cuisines, bbq or Italian Pasta or Sushi and more. There are many botique Cafes just mins walk away, so if you just avoid the lunch time during the weekdays, you can enjoy your espresso or dutch brew with ice and drip on the rock enjoying the mood. If you want to go shopping, 신사 가로수길(Garosu-gil) is only 15min walk away where all the brand name shops are located in a fancy street. It is somewhat like Soho of the Manhattan. You can also take the subway down to Gangnam Station which only takes 3 min ride from Nonhyeon Station. If you enjoy walking in the park, there are scenic walk path and parks nearby and it only takes 20 min walk to the Hangang Park. You'll see plenty of people walking their dogs around the neighborhood, because the place of stay is so close to many greens compare to other parts of Seoul.
