A place to get together, disconnect and enjoy yourselves together. The space The villa is located within a **private plot of almost 1,000 m²**, prepared to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and designed to enjoy both its indoor and outdoor spaces. **The main house** is entirely on one floor and has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a TV. Two have a double bed — one of them 180 cm — and the third has an original triple double bunk bed. The living-dining room is a spacious area for gathering and relaxing, equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and a 65" Smart TV. It also has a **comfortable sofa bed with an Italian opening system**, which allows the last two guests to be accommodated while maintaining comfort during their rest. The home also has a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The living-dining room leads to a terrace where you can start the day with breakfast while watching the sunrise and enjoying the views of the surroundings. **The exterior is one of the villa's great highlights.** You will find a large private pool with an artificial grass area with space to relax and sunbathe while enjoying the views of the town and the mountain. Next to it is a covered wooden pergola with an outdoor kitchen, sink, mini fridge, mini freezer, portable barbecue and paella pan, as well as a large dining area perfect for enjoying meals and long outdoor after-dinner conversations. The exterior also has a second bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower — the latter with cold water only. And so that the most active guests also have their space, the villa has a large **leisure and games area** equipped with different entertainment items, such as a basketball hoop, trampoline, ping-pong, billiards and foosball. The availability of these items may occasionally vary due to maintenance or renovation. Next to this area, you will find a covered, air-conditioned chill-out space with a gas fireplace, ideal for continuing to enjoy the outdoors on cooler nights. The property also has **private parking for several vehicles**. All this within a private property for your exclusive use during your stay. Guest access During your stay, you will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and the outdoor areas of the property. There are no spaces shared with other guests. The house, pool, leisure areas, and the rest of the property are for the exclusive use of the guests during the entire stay. Other things to note Natural environment and insects: As it is located in a mountain area and surrounded by nature, especially during the warmer months, it is possible to occasionally find small insects, ants, mosquitoes or other animals typical of the environment. We perform treatments and take preventive measures periodically to minimize their presence, although it is not always possible to avoid them completely. Internet connection: The accommodation has a fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. As this is a service provided by an external operator, we cannot guarantee its uninterrupted operation, and outages or breakdowns beyond the control of the accommodation may occasionally occur. Coexistence and rest: Although it is a private plot, the villa is located in a residential area. It is imperative to respect the neighbors' peace, especially at night. No parties or activities that may cause disturbance are allowed. # Private pool and maintenance The pool is for **private and exclusive use by guests** throughout the stay. For hygiene reasons and to ensure that the water and facilities are always kept in the best condition, our maintenance staff will need access to the pool area approximately **every 2 days** to perform the necessary cleaning and maintenance tasks. These visits will always be made with the aim of interfering as little as possible with your stay and **by coordinating a convenient time in advance**, respecting your privacy at all times. **Pool safety** The pool does not have a lifeguard, so minors must **always be under adult supervision** when they are in or near the pool. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to run around the pool, play dangerous games, use glass containers or objects in the swimming area, or enter the water under the influence of alcohol or other substances that may affect your ability to react.
