The space This recently renovated one-bedroom apartment is furnished in a comfortable and welcoming way to offer you a stay with every comfort. The living room consists of the relaxation area, with TV and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), and the dining area, with a table for 4 people. The kitchen is separate, modern and complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home. From the living room there is access to the balcony, with a small table and two chairs for sipping coffee or an aperitif in the open air. The bedroom has a double bed, with a spacious wardrobe for storing your apparel even for longer stays. A bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the apartment. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.  Smoking is strictly prohibited.  Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. The house has private parking, and it is possible to park in the public parking.
