Other things to note Our houses use smart locks so there is no need to start off your vacation on a schedule. You can check in and out without scheduling an appointment. The house is in PCB’s West End, right off Front Beach Road. This neighborhood does not have high rises or condos and is a quiet, less populated area. Great for walking to local favorites or just staying at home and hit the beautiful white sand beaches. The house is in a four-complex home community with a beautiful, large, shared pool. The pool and hot tub are not heated. There is a security camera located on the premises looking at the front door and parking area. It does record movement & audio. It has been installed for your security and ours for when the house is not rented. Our cancellation policy is firm so please purchase trip insurance.
