Off the hallway is a convenient half bath. 3RD LEVEL (2br’s + 2ba’s) Enjoy sunrises over the bay from the comfort of your very own King size bed! The 3rd level master retreat includes it’s very own deck with seating, SMART TV, gas fireplace, & an ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, surround shower, & separate soaking tub… it won’t disappoint! Further down the hallway is the final br, with a Queen size bed, SMART TV, & it’s own ensuite bath (tub/shower combo). 4TH LEVEL (rooftop sky deck!) Perhaps our favorite part of this beach vacation house… the 4th level rooftop sky deck! An expansive area with 2 separate seating areas including lounge seating & dining seating, City + Ocean + Bay + Fireworks views, as well as sunrises & romantic sunsets.
