We also include iron & ironing board, light cleaning supplies, basic start-up items such as paper towel , toilet paper and trash can liners. - High speed Wifi * Special Notes*: This is a shared property with a total of 4 units. The entire space including backyard is entirely private and all yours! Each apartment has its own outdoor space and are totally 100% private to each unit. The apartment sleeps and accommodates 2 people comfortably. Please provide the accurate guest count when making your booking request. This studio is not suitable for more than 2 adults. The property is under 5 miles from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport. A rental car is not necessary. If you are flying from Miami International Airport the distance is 30 miles. Each apartment is designated one parking spot. Please no pets are permitted of any kind. We are highly allergic and use the apartment for our personal use at times. Additional cleaner service for longer stays is available upon request at guest’s expense. Guest access The neighborhood where our property is located “ Colee Hammock” is situated just a few blocks north of Las Olas , east of Rio Vista and Victoria Park and close to Flagler Village. While here you are staying in one of the trendiest, most desirable (not to mention extremely walkable!) areas of Fort Lauderdale!This property is 1.5 miles away from Las Olas Beach! Whether you are here for work, pleasure, visiting family or just exploring as a local, you can find convenience and ease in this location. Walk to fine dining, casual eateries and everyday conveniences in just minutes! A rental car is not necessary for shorter stays. Local Jitneys and shuttles are available as well as Lyft/ Uber. Other things to note This property does contain security cameras located on the exterior of the property.
