WELCOME TO THE SOUTHSHORE MERMAID The SouthShore Mermaid is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the tropical breezes of Florida. Relax along the 75ft dock while enjoying the sunsets, fishing, kayaking or watching dolphins and manatees. The house is located on a salt water canal that opens to Tampa Bay. Beautifully decorated with a coastal flair throughout the house. The master bedroom has a king bed, master bath with walk-in shower and french doors that open to one of the lanais. The other two bedrooms have queen beds. The second bath has a tub/shower. The laundry room has a washer/dryer and leads out to another lanai. No access to the garage. The house manager lives close by and is readily available by text or calls. Walking distance to the Little Harbor Resort that has two restaurants (Sunset Grill and Hook’s) and a small beach (Bahia Beach). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.
