Il POSTO UMBRIA is large hilltop property with an olive grove in the middle of the Umbrian nature. It's quiet and peaceful yet not isolated. It has a large pool (10x15m) and lots of sunny areas as well as shaded spots under the trees. There are options to book culinary experiences and activities: truffle hunting, wine tastings and cooking classes. Come and live ‘la dolce vita’ at IL POSTO The space Il Posto Umbria consists out of a restored 17th century Church and Rectory. The Church is de residecy of the owners and the Rectory is rented out. The Rectory is a villa divided in 2 (optional 3) apartments. Although under one roof, staying here offers both a sense of togetherness and the opportunity to enjoy your privacy. The Rectory can accomodate maximum 17 guests and is divided over 2 floors: Downstairs: -The first bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be transformed into a double bed) and a sleeping couch for 1. -The second bedroom has a double bed. -The third bedroom has a double bed. -The fourth bedroom has a double bed + en-suite bathroom + kitchenette. (This bedroom has an internal connecting door, which can be closed to create a studio for 2 with its own entrance). Upstairs: -The fifth bedroom has a double bed + en-suite bathroom. -The sixth bedroom has a double bed. -The seventh bedroom has two single beds (which can be transformed into a double bed) and a sleeping couch for 1. Additionally you find a big living room and a big kitchen on the first floor. On the ground floor you find a livingkitchen. There are multiple outdoor (covered) terraces and there is a big covered outdoor space where everyone can sit together. There is a barbecue area and a fire place.
