NCSC is just minutes away, 10 minutes to PNC Arena and the NC State Fairgrounds and a quick 15 minute drive to RDU International Airport. The space This is one of three condo’s in a triplex building and is in the beautiful and quiet Historic Oakwood District neighborhood. Some of Raleighs best restaurants are within two blocks. A quick and beautiful walk to a fabulous dinner. I highly recommend Crawford and Son and also Jolie. Wine Authorities is also a fantastic way to enjoy a wine and cheese afternoon. Please note that our beds are hybrid mattresses. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself.
