Handy to kids' playground, skatepark, dairy and a short drive to the beach, supermarkets and shopping mall. Pāpāmoa beach is a few mins drive away, Pāpāmoa Plaza is approx 7 mins drive with supermarkets and eateries within 5-10mins. Mount Maunganui is a 15-20min drive. We don’t accept requests from under 25’s sorry. The space 1 king bed with ensuite, 1 double bed and 1 king single with pull out king single trundler (if needed). Drawers in king and double room but not in king-single room. No access to wardrobes. Main bathroom, with bath, shower and toilet, located between bedrooms 2 and 3. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, and pantry with all the essentials you’re most welcome to use. Large fridge/freezer with ice maker. Plenty of towels available. Beach towels available for the beach. Just give them a good shakeout if using the washing machine. You can rinse off sandy feet using the hose on the garage side of house. Boogie boards, deck chairs and chilli bin for your use also. Open plan living with a huge lounge suite big enough for everyone to relax after a busy day of activities. Lounge opens up onto a lovely decking area with table, bench seats and shade sail. Off street parking for one car in driveway and on-street parking available. Please do not park on the lawn. Sorry, garage not available except laundry area. Guest access Access to all areas of house except part of the garage. Other things to note When heading out for the day, please ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed. No additional guests overnight please. The house allows for five guests, however there is an option for one additional person. We have two cats (which our neighbour will be feeding) who may pop over to say hello. Kora, a super friendly ragdoll cat and Puddy, a super shy tabby girl who will more than likely hide under the deck the whole time!
