Welcome to Swannie's Escape! The cabin stands high on the shoreline of the town lake. Take refuge along with the plentiful wildlife that call this lake home. Explore 400 feet of lake shore and 19 acres of forest. Full size kitchen,screened porch, amazing views of the lake and countryside from Swannie's Cabin. You'll be surprised at the remoteness and beauty, yet near Asheboro, Seagrove, Uwharrie National Forest, Chatham-Siler City Advanced Manufacturing Site Wolfspeed, Randolph Megasite Toyota. The space If You Should Need Additional Accommodations Or If There Is No Vacancy At Swannies, Ask Us About Our Neighboring Cabins; Blue Heron Hideaway And Rustic Cabin, Both Within A Short Walk Of Swannie's Escape. The Three Cabins Share A Huge Outdoor Common Area/Dog Run And Waking Trails And Drive. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, but we do ask that guests respect the space of our neighboring Airbnb cabins. Guests use the lake at their own risk. Other things to note Guests can access the lake via boat ramp at the Ramseur Lake Recreational Facility just a few minutes down the road from the cabin. There you can find fishing docks, boat ramp and even boat and kayak rentals. Guests can also find fishing docks at Kermit Pell Park which is just down the driveway. Kermit Pell Park and boat ramp are open Wed-Sun and closed Nov-Feb.
