Linen will be changed every 2 weeks. …………………………… A gate leads to a private courtyard area with bench seating, a table and chair. A storage box houses a surf board and a few beach items. Welcome to use at your own risk! Hooks are provided on fence to hang out wet beach gear. A private door leads into a newly decorated, cozy and practical, living, dining area with small kitchen. Dining area features a table and chairs, the table is also very useable as a desk, with a plug socket and Wi-fi router nearby. (A third dining chair can be found in bedroom). There is a sofa bed (covers and pillows can be provided), comfy recently renovated armchair, coffee table and smart TV in lounge, dining area. Extra charge for 3rd person. The kitchen area is fully kitted out with utensils and appliances. Inside the kitchen cupboard you with find some condiments etc. From the open plan kitchen/living/dining area, a door leads into a spacious bedroom with a comfy double bed, large oak wardrobe and matching dressing table. There is a room devider under bed to give more privacy from bathroom, should a third person be staying. The bedroom features an on suite shower room with modern electric shower. BT Wi-Fi. There is free on street parking (first come, first served). Nearest long stay carpark, Mountwise TR72AZ During winter time, most carparks are free. The apartment is a five minute walk from Newquay train station. Aldi and Asda are a 5 minute walk away. Lots of great bars and restaurants a stones throw away.
