The bed has quality linen (mattress protector, top and fitted sheets, doona), pillows and a ceiling fan. LIVING AREA The living space is bathed in northern sun during the day, with a record player, guitar, 3-person lounge and arm chair, ceiling fan and TV. Portable work station is available. KITCHEN The modern kitchen has stunning polished concrete bench tops with a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped with an oven, stove top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, nutri-bullet and microwave. Kitchenware and utensils are provided, along with milk, a selection of teas and instant coffee. BATHROOM The bathroom has a spacious shower, along with a toilet, a stylish polished concrete vanity and ample storage space. PARKING Off-street parking is available for one vehicle (or two small vehicles). COMMON AREAS The property has two shared washing machines and a clothes line available for use. Guest access You have access to the 1 bedroom unit, all to yourself. Please note that access to the property is provided exclusively via a set of stairs. Unfortunately, due to this, the space is not wheelchair accessible.
