Nestled in the heart of a beautiful valley of the Ariège Regional Nature Park, this guest house of character (cement tiles, waxed concrete, parquet, exposed stones...) is located in the park of the CHÂTEAU DE NESCUS. 3 km from La Bastide de Sérou and its shops and about twenty minutes from most of the Ariège tourist sites Foix, St Lizier, Mas d'Azil...). Not far away: an equestrian center, a greenway, a supervised body of water, an ecogolf and several museums and hiking trails. The space On the ground floor the accommodation is composed of a dining kitchen with pantry, a bathroom and a large living room. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with 2 to 3 beds with storage in each, 2 bathrooms (one reserved for guests) and a toilet. Outside, a terrace with barbecue, a garden and private parking in a wooded park.
