Lots of amenities & activities at your home & neighborhood. The space Suitable for Solo Travelers, Remote Workers, Friends, Family, Couples and more as all are welcome. Everything is kept neat and stays pretty quiet during the week. Did you notice there are minimal house rules? The house is not considered a rowdy place, but if you feel like doing something then go for it. The goal is for you to have fun and feel at home. As your host, I will make sure you have all the information you need to get the most out of your stay. Guest access Everything on the property is considered yours to utilize except for 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. Your 1 private bedroom is always 100% confidential and you will have a dedicated bathroom and access to an additional bathroom as well. Also, you have a dedicated workspace/office area that is 100% yours, all day, everyday. The house has lots of space for you and any of your belongings. You'll feel like a permanent resident of the house very fast. During your stay For the most part, the place will be all yours about 80% up to 100% of the time with the exception of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which are only for myself and the other permanent resident of the house. If we happen to cross paths during your stay, it will be pleasant, friendly, and a laid-back positive vibe always willing to help ensure you have a great experience. You can feel free to ask questions in person anytime. Sometimes, you will have the whole house to yourself, so if that's the case feel free to send a text message if you need help with anything at all. That all being said, if you do love to be social, then it will be reciprocated. This place is meant to feel like home for you with a fun vacation mindset.
