Welcome to Fairlane #1! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! The Fairlane apartment building has been a staple of the Capital Region International Airport for over 40 years. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the First floor of the building. We had a blast setting this one up. We hope you like it :) The space Features of the apartment: - Garden Level unit - 2 bedroom ( 2 queen) - 1 Bathroom - 1 Full kitchen - Dining Area - 55" Roku Tv in Main Room - High Speed Wifi - Coin Laundry Wash on garden level Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit. It is private, and you will have it to yourself. Other things to note -The shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor. -Laundry room is available in the basement anytime after 4pm. -Extra towels and sheets available on request. We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site. *We are not responsible for items left behind* *We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*
