Cosy place in Paris !

Welcome to my apartment! Very pleasant and located in the middle of Paris, it has parquet, moldings, fireplace and is bathed in light (southwest exposure). The apartment is very quiet with quadruple glazing. All shops and restaurants are at the foot of the building and the metro/stations right next door. It has a large bedroom including a desk to work, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The space Beautiful Parisian apartment with parquet floors and moldings, large bedroom, very bright also and ideal for two people! The proximity to shops and subways makes it an ideal asset! Wifi: code + password is under the box at the back of the living room. This is the apartment where I live with my wife on a daily basis, so we trust you to take care of it. We recommend not using shoes inside. It is strictly forbidden to make a fire in the fireplace for obvious safety reasons. Guest access The first entrance door from the street opens with the badge or with the code. The second door in the lobby opens via the badge or the intercom.
