White room, old stables, breakfast offered

Stables of a former stagecoach inn Converted into a dwelling from the 1970s onward The property is about 5,500 m². The stables have a floor area of 170 m² on 2 levels. We (David, Zoé, Noa and I), our 2 cats and 2 dogs live at Les Écuries and welcome guests in 2 available bedrooms. Each bedroom is 20 m² and is located upstairs, as is the large shared bathroom. We've been renovating since 2021 We have an EV charger available at €10/night. The space On the ground floor you will find our 60 m2 living room and our kitchen that have been renovated as well as a toilet in which plastering and painting work is in progress Also on the ground floor, we have set up a space that serves as a cellar, smokehouse, summer kitchen because this room gives access to a small terrace behind the house To complete the ground floor there is a boiler room open to a large garage We allow access to the garage to say hello to the swallows or to park a bike, motorcycle, quad... (insufficient opening for a car) UPSTAIRS you arrive on a small landing and to the right at the top of the stairs a small living room with TV and various TV subscriptions accessible, open to the stairwell (work in progress) Then a long corridor serves 6 renovated bedrooms (3 private and 3 in Airbnb), the large renovated bathroom and a toilet (work in progress) The work we still have to do is plastering and painting and does not prevent access to the floor The animals we have are very nice and cuddly, they are full of love However, we manage our female dogs so that they are not too intrusive PS: the family is also very nice To get to this green setting you have to take a picturesque country road 5 km long Beware of wild animals, tractors and cars crossing (you have to squeeze on the lower side) Ideal place for walking, rest and relaxation Guest access We are the second and last house on the cul-de-sac The house has no gate During your stay SMS Other things to note We offer our guests: Breakdown service of any kind (excluding vehicle as we do not have a tow truck) Sharing moments (a drink, something to snack on...)
