The beds are all very comfortable ( 2 tempur-pedic mattresses) with quality linens. The location is extremely convenient to the city of Rio Rancho and Albuquerque This home has a very open floor plan. When you set at the kitchen island you can talk to anybody in the dining area, the living area, and the office area. The bedrooms and baths are in a separate area. Guest's will use the entire house You can typically reach me by phone or text. I also have a crew that is available if you can't reach me It's just a 2 minute drive to groceries, shopping, parks. This is an older, well-kept neighborhood. There is a 2.5 mile walking trail that goes along the bluff, overlooking Corrales, the mountains and the city of Albuquerque. Several casino's and golf courses are close by. It's best to have a car. but Uber and ride share companies are available Regarding any PETS; we welcome all of your babies and travel companions with no extra fee. We just ask the parents be respectful for our home, furniture, and the next guest. Please DO NOT allow your pets on ANY furniture without covering it with a sheet. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR THIS. Pick the yard up before you depart. Always put your pet in its kennel before you leave. PLEASE BRING YOUR PETS KENNEL FOR THIS. And clean up any messes they've made. My cleaning people are instructed to call me, as soon as they get to a home, when they see evidence of a pet. Including an odor. We will take pictures, and there will be a $500 charge for breaking these rules. NO EXCEPTIONS
