The space This remodeled modern home has two bedrooms and a den. The main bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom which has double sinks, large walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a large full bathroom across the vestibule. Tub/shower, double sink and toilet. The third room has a bunk bed with stairs to the top bed. Avocado mattresses. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals, to large complete meals. Every room has large windows which view beautiful tropical foliage in every direction. The back yard is the Best part! See the peaceful canal from every angle. Huge paver deck the length of the house with outdoor furniture to relax or eat. There’s a propane grill, firepit, patio lights, large dock hanging over the water, with more seating especially for sunrise and sunset. There are 2 tandem kayaks for your use. 40ish minute paddle to the ocean (Wiggins Pass/Barefoot Beach) or meander through the canals near the house for views of nature at its finest. Either way chances are great you will see fish, cranes, herons, raccoons, otters, iguanas, manatees, pelicans, pink spoon bills, porpoise, and much more. The entrance to Delnor-Wiggins State Park is 2 miles away, which is the closest beach- pay to enter, plenty of parking. All sidewalks if you’d like to take a walk or bike ride. Ever popular Vanderbilt Beach is one mile south of Wiggins- huge parking garage there. There are 4 adult and 2 children’s bicycles.
