Bliss, next to our beautiful mountains - four (4) comfortable bedrooms, including a spacious master suite - two (2) spacious living room areas - fully-equipped and modern kitchen - two (2) full bathrooms inside and one (1) full bathroom outside by pool - laundry room - relaxing front foyer area - Large private backyard, including a large covered and ambience-lit lounge Gazeebo area, with three (3) patio tables ——————————————————— POOL: - Large and Private POOL. Heated Salt system pool with soak-tub. NOTE: - Pool soak tub is not a hot tub nor a jacuzzi/spa (NO water jets). - Pool Heater temp may be set to 90 degF maximum. (Please note that pool may NOT reach set temperatures during Non-Summer or cold days). - Pool Heater shall not run 24/7. 9Hrs per day maximum. Young Children and Non-Swimmers shall be under constant supervision of a Responsible Adult around Pool. - NOTE: Pool and soaking tub set temperatures may not be reached during non-Summer or cold days due to weather. - Pool Heater not running 24/7. 9Hrs per day maximum. If any smoke is detected in home there will be an additional $250 dollar cleaning fee. - No use of any illicit drugs anywhere on property. Violations will result in eviction snd reporting to AirBnB. - Per AirBNB STRICT POLICY - NO parties nor large Gatherings. Any Large Gathering (greater than 10 people) shall be subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee and subject to immediate cancellation. - Please be respectful of neighbors.
